1. Products

At GoBeyond Living you will find a selection of original Herbalife products for nutrition, energy and well-being.
We strive to always provide adequate product descriptions and updated images so that you can shop safely and informed.
However, reservations are made for minor deviations in packaging, design or product information, which may occur due to changes by the manufacturer.

2. Order and payment

When you shop on the webshop, you enter into an agreement with:

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT , unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made using the payment methods listed in the webshop (e.g. card payment or MobilePay).
The amount will only be deducted when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

Purchase requires that you have not shopped with another Herbalife distributor within the last 90 days.

3. Delivery

Goods are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after ordering.
Shipping is done with GLS or PostNord , unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are stated when ordering.
Reservations are made for delays, sold-out items or delivery problems with shipping suppliers.

4. Right of withdrawal and return

At GoBeyond Living , Herbalife's 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of purchase.

This means that you can return the products within 30 days of purchase - even if the packaging has been opened or the product has been partially used.

Once we have received and processed the return, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Your personal information is treated confidentially and is only used to administer your order, delivery and any customer service.
By purchasing, you agree that we may contact you by email or telephone regarding your order.

6. Disclaimer

GoBeyond Living cannot be held responsible for:

• Delays or errors caused by external suppliers (e.g. shipping companies).
• Temporary disruptions to the webshop.
• Results vary from person to person when using Herbalife products – as these depend on individual factors such as diet, exercise and lifestyle.
