Complaint

At GoBeyond Living, we follow the rules of the Danish Sales Act regarding a 2-year right of complaint .
This means that you as a customer can complain about errors or defects in a product that was present upon delivery.

The right of complaint also applies to food and dietary supplements, but of course only within the product's natural shelf life.
If you experience that a product is damaged, defective or deficient upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible – preferably within 14 days – so that we can help you as best as possible.

Contact us at louise@gobeyond-nutrition.dk and describe the problem (preferably with a photo), then we will assess together whether the item should be replaced, exchanged or refunded.

Remember to save the original packaging until the case is concluded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at louise@gobeyond-nutrition.dk , after which you will receive instructions for the return process.
Once we have received and processed the return, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

In case of non-collection or rejection of the package

If you do not pick up your package or if you refuse receipt, the order will automatically be returned to us.
When we receive the return, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the actual shipping costs , but a minimum of DKK 100.

How to return your items

You can return your products in two ways:

1. Send the return package with GLS, PostNord or another shipping company to our business address (contact us for the exact return address and label).

   • Remember to send the package as a business package/package with delivery so that we can receive it correctly.

2. Deliver in person at the address Odensevej 24B, 5750 Ringe - this way you save on shipping costs.
