Delivery time and shipping

We always strive for fast and safe delivery of your products.
All orders are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after the order is received.

Delivery is made to addresses in Denmark with GLS or PostNord , unless otherwise agreed.
The expected delivery time is typically 2–4 business days , depending on the carrier and delivery address.

The delivery time is indicative , and in special cases delays may occur, e.g. during holidays, busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery abroad

If you want delivery to Greenland, the Faroe Islands or other countries, the delivery time - and price - may vary.

Risk and damaged goods

The risk for the goods passes to you as the customer when you have received the package .
If the item is damaged or deteriorated after receipt, you retain your right of withdrawal , as long as the damage is not due to improper handling or lack of care.

Remember to save the original packaging , as the product must be returned in its original condition if a complaint or transport damage occurs.
