Processing of personal data – fulfillment of contract

In connection with your purchase at GoBeyond Living, you have entered a number of personal information, including in particular:

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • Your payment information

  • The ordered products

We process this information in order to process your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the deal.
The information is stored for up to 5 years after your purchase, so that you can easily shop with us again and so that we comply with the Danish Accounting Act.

If you have ordered delivery, your name, address, telephone number and email address will be shared with our shipping partners – currently GLS and PostNord – for the purpose of delivering your goods.

Processing of personal data – consent

If you have consented to receive our newsletter, we will process your email address and any information about your purchases until you withdraw your consent.
In practice, this means that you will receive news, inspiration and offers until you unsubscribe.

You can always withdraw your consent – ​​either via the link at the bottom of our emails or by writing to us at louise@gobeyond-nutrition.dk .

Data security

Regardless of whether we process your information in connection with a purchase or with your consent, we always process your personal information securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act .

Your information is only used for the purpose for which it was collected and is deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

We use trusted third parties to process payment information and order data – including Shopify Payments , Stripe , and our accounting system Dinero .
We have entered into data processing agreements with these suppliers, which ensure that they comply with applicable data protection regulations.

Information, objection, modification, data portability and deletion
