My name is Louise Lundsgaard Schierbeck, and I own BeVital.dk and GoBeyond Living.
I live in Ringe on Funen with my lovely husband and our two adult boys.
I work as an independent Herbalife Coach, and my journey here has been life-changing – both physically and mentally.
A few years ago my life looked completely different.
I used a walker, had very little energy, and was on early retirement. My body and mental energy were strained, and things like cooking or exercising felt overwhelming.
Over time, I started to change small things in my everyday life.
I learned that healthy eating and good routines don't have to be complicated – even when your energy is limited.
When I started to work more consciously with my habits, I experienced more energy, energy and joy in everyday life, and it was the start of a new direction in my life.
Today I can run 5 kilometers, and I have lost a lot of weight, which has given me freedom and confidence in myself again.
From early retirement to self-employment
I have worked purposefully on my personal development , my mindset and the belief that I could do more than I ever imagined.
I have gone from being on early retirement to having my own business, where I now help others find their path towards more energy, joy in life and balance.
The name GoBeyond Living
GoBeyond Living means something very special to me.
It symbolizes that I have gone further, stronger and freer than I even thought possible.
That life wasn't on pause – I just had to find a new path.
My mission
I am passionate about showing that everyone can create change, regardless of their starting point.
Health is not about perfection, but about joy, energy and balance in everyday life.
With small steps, loving habits and a stronger mindset, you can change a lot – both physically and mentally.
I am living proof that it is never too late to start over.
If I can, so can you.
